4. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We accept major payment options via secure processing channels. You confirm that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

5. Refund Policy

PetSmartAI strives for complete satisfaction. Please review the specific conditions below for each category:

5.1 AI Devices (Goods)

Within 30 days of device delivery, you may request a refund by completing our contact form. Approved requests will be actioned to the original payment method within 14 days. You must ship the device back in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless the device is defective.

5.2 Digital Guides (Info Products)

Because of immediate access, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase provided you have not begun downloading or accessing the guide. Once access is granted, the purchase is final. Approved cancellations will be actioned within 7 days.

5.3 Professional Services

You may reschedule any appointment or consultation at no additional charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation. If we fail to deliver a paid service as agreed, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

6. No Unspecified Refunds

Unless expressly stated above, all sales are final. No other credits or reversals will be provided.
