Use the PetSmartAI mobile app to create and customize feeding schedules. Select meal times, adjust portion quantities and activate or pause schedules at any time through the intuitive dashboard.
Can I use any type of pet food?
Our smart feeders support a wide range of dry and wet pet foods. For best results, ensure pieces are uniform in size and avoid overly thick mixtures that could clog the dispenser.
Is remote control available?
Yes. The cloud-based system lets you dispense meals or treats from anywhere. Secure encryption protects your connection, and push notifications keep you informed about device status.
What are the device power requirements?
The auto feeders and dispensers operate on standard AC power and include a backup battery for up to 24 hours of uninterrupted operation during power interruptions.
How do I clean and maintain the devices?
Detachable components are dishwasher-safe or can be hand-washed with mild soap. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth and inspect sensors regularly for debris.
How does the health monitoring feature work?
Wearable sensors record activity metrics, feeding frequency and rest patterns. Data is analyzed with onboard AI to highlight trends and generate reports in the app.
How is my data protected?
All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption. User profiles and pet information are stored securely on GDPR-compliant servers located in Switzerland.
